<p>Morning</p>
<p>5:50am Wake &amp; dress for exercise<br />
6am 30 minutes on Ellipitcal trainer</p>
<p>8 &#8211; 5pm work</p>
<p>5:30pm Walk in the door &amp; get dressed for exercise<br />
Walk two laps of lilydale lake 4kms</p>
<p>7pm &#8211; Create &amp; Eat dinner</p>
<p>7:30 &#8211; chores</p>
<p>9:30pm Bed</p>
<p>Early to bed, early to rise &#8211; Mondays and Thursday&#8217;s this will change as I have Pilates however Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday&#8217;s this is my routine.</p>
<p>Weekends</p>
<p>How do you have a routine on weekends? I find when I need to lose weight is A LOT easier to rise at the same time EVERYDAY not just Monday to Friday. So I will repeat my 6 am starts on Saturday and Sunday &#8211; however I will include the lake walk both days also. </p>
<p>Ideally I would like to join a gym and get two weigtht training sessions in however I will start with this plan and see how I go before I add the weigthts.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s funny but when starting a weight loss journey most of us know what works. We know what does work and we know what we should do. I find though no matter how much I know one thing gets in my way.  Habit. I can be movitavated, organised and excited but if I don&#8217;t create habits my goals go out the door. </p>
<p>The best of intentions are useless to me if I am not in a routine or creating habits. I am not normally interested in routine. I am often so free spirited that routine feels so mundane! However, when losing weight it&#8217;s my best friend. I need to get up EVERYDAY at the same time, exercising at the same time at night.</p>
<p>If I throw things out with a night out it can do huge damage to my progress. But how is that creating a lifestyle change? I have worked with me to lose weight I need to be 100% in habit mode until I start losing some serious weight. Then and only then can I change routine.</p>
<p>So that&#8217;s what I need to do for the next few weeks. What will help me is routine, exercising, reading (keeps my mind of food), staying in (not going out) however I am faced with a very busy social calendar in Feb. What to do?  Rest (I really need my sleep when dieting) and being super organised having snacks so I am not tempted by treats. Eating every couple of hours. Really nuturing myself.  Let&#8217;s face it I know I can do this.</p>
<p>I have spent most of my life being slim &#8211; I haven&#8217;t really been an overweight person for most of my life so I can do this. I also need to focus on cutting out negative self talk. Sometimes I feel so heavy I don&#8217;t want to hang out with my friends! How crazy is that! They love me no matter what but I feel so ashamed that I let myself get so big.  I need to get rid of my &#8220;fat&#8221; clothes and rediscover my size 10 &amp; size 8 wardrobe.  I must be positive and happy about this journey and not get bogged down into why I let myself get this big. MOVE on I say!</p>
<p>I need to keep of the couch as this is where I tend to snack. I need to make myself feel pretty (These are just things that work for me!). Spray tan, hair cut, mani &amp; pedi&#8217;s. I also find trying on my &#8220;Dream&#8221; jeans motivating especially as now I can at least get them up my thighs!</p>
<p>I have two weddings in the next month and it would be nice to feel good by the time they come around. The 1st in in 3 weeks &#8211; a bit tight but still at least by then I will feel better. The other is in a month. So enough time to have a bit more shape back.  Also I need to make the most of daylight savings because once that is over it&#8217;s SO hard to exercise. </p>
<p>Sorry I kinda feel like am just blurting out my thoughts but it&#8217;s helping!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Time really does fly&#8230;my last post was almost a year ago.<br />
I have decided to start blogging again about my weightloss journey.<br />
I am currently 82 kilos. Not much lighter than I was 12 months ago.<br />
Why? Because well I have a millon excuses.<br />
But I am done with excuses. It&#8217;s time to woman up and take contro.<br />
It&#8217;s time to be healthy.<br />
I would like to get back into the 70&#8242;s pretty quickly.</p>
<p>I will be using Ultralite again &amp; exercising every day.<br />
Except Sundays. Sundays will be rest days &amp; I will also allow myself a few treats on this day. Only a few.<br />
I plan on exercising more.<br />
Pilates Twice a week &#8211; Monday&#8217;s &amp; Thursdays.<br />
3o minutes stepper every morning at 6am<br />
Plus a 3km walk at night other than M &amp; T&#8217;s.<br />
I think I should start to see improvments however I need to take a longer view.</p>
<p>This may take 6 months. No more quick fixes! Healthy eating &amp; exercising.<br />
Did I mention no alcohol&#8230;only on special occasions like two weddings I have coming up.<br />
NO other occasions are deemed special enough!</p>
<p>I am feeling really positive!</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">This week I have Pilates starting back up so I am going two nights a week which is awesome.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Will start to feel really good in a few weeks! </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Calibri;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">I plan to walk home from my Pilates class which takes about 30 mins so that will be good after a stretch! </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Calibri;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">This February I plan to lose 7.6 kilos for the whole of Feb.<br />
I am also doing the Feb Fast &#8211; well my version of it! So not one drop of alcohol for the whole month.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Calibri;">Well I have next Saturday off for a Hen&#8217;s because I have drink at Hen&#8217;s. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">I am finding having monthly goals really helpful because it takes the pressure of if I miss a weekly target.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">So I know if I lose 7.6 in a month it doesn’t bother me as to how much I lost each week. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Calibri;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;">I can’t wait till the end of March I’ll then be in my 60’s which will be just awesome.<span>  </span></span></span></p>

When i first started WW about 5 years ago I was 73.9 kilos.<br />
I thought I was HUGE lol.<br />
Since then I have now got  to my current weight of 85kgs.<br />
I&#8217;ve actually put on weight since dieting.<br />
Before WW I didn&#8217;t really diet and I was always somewhere between 62 – 70 kgs.<br />
I knew what I had to do to shed a bit.<br />
But I know I can be that girl again. <span> </span>I am that girl at heart.<br />
Carefree &amp; fun and not obsessed with my weight.<br />
I don’t really know how I lost her.</p>
<p>Anyway… this heat it’s killing me!<br />
Spent all of yesterday in a photo shoot that was so hot I was dripping with sweat.<br />
Gross!<br />
And again today!<br />
It’s very hard to exercise in this heat!!!<br />
There is an expected cool change so I can walk tonight for sure.<br />
REALLY struggling with getting up in the morning.<br />
BUT I HAVE TOO stop with the excuses! </span></p>

Yes I bought diet caffiene free coke.  I really have given up caffiene.<br />
On the scales this morning I&#8217;d lost 2 kilos.<br />
Which is really exciting.<br />
I have made a get skinny journal and printing out picture of my bridesmaid drss and putting them everywhere.<br />
I really need to update my IPOD for my walks.<br />
I find uploading music really boring.<br />
This week will be tough as i have  a funeral interstate to go to so exercising those days will be hard.<br />
But I have too&#8230; plus this heat makes it sooo hard also!<br />
So this week I have diet guru on Wednesday night.<br />
Off to NSW on Thursday &#8211; back Saturday.<br />
Will have limited internet so don&#8217;t think I will be able to post.<br />
But I am going to reward myself with a pedicure this week.<br />
I really want to lose another 1kilo before i see diet guru &#8211; wish me luck!</p>
